I'm fully subscribed but sky glass keeps saying I need to upgrade subscription rendering my whole TV useless including my pucks

Try unplugging your TV for a few minutes at the mains and try again. Failing that is everything showing correctly in my Sky (i.e. your packs) and you have got whole home so you can watch on multiple devices?

I've tried that. Tried resetting and rebooting router it's affecting everything I have netflix that works but no live TV. Have spoken to sky and issue has been raised it's been out all day.
