Prices have gone up again......... VIP for 23 years.........why don't I get any incentives or extras ?
Have rung up and they are reluctant to adjust anything tbh. All in all I have got £3 off !!!! But not TV stuff

VIP status doesn't mean you are excluded from price increases.

 

All you can do is contact and see but if they aren't able to then you can't do much unless you are in a 31 day contract.

Discounts on subscription pricing have never been within the remit of the VIP scheme.

 

'Incentives' are accessed through the My Sky app.

I shop regular at Tesco. Prices still go up (even with Clubcard).

 

If you are savvy, you can almost certaintly get discounts when it comes to contract renewal time. I have never paid full price for Sky in the 13 years I have had it.

Sky Glass was designed in a way to do away with seperate prices so everything paid a similar price. While I am not overly happy my bill is going up next month i know i'm not going get any lee way.
