I am enquiring about upgrading my TV to sky Air

There is no swap process between Sky Glass gen 1, gen 2 or Air. If you currently have a glass you would need to purchase a second TV if you want a Sky Glass Air.

You would just order a Sky Glass Air on the website. If you want to be able to watch Sky on your old TV and the Air you would also need to add Whole Home to your subscription which can be done via your My Sky account.

The Glass Air is not an upgrade from Glass. It lacks the soundbar, and has no local dimming for example. There's a reason it's a lot cheaper.
