You activate discovery plus as described here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-marketplace-subscribe-to-discovery-plus
As part of this you create a discovery plus account. However activation can take up to 24 hours. If you have already been through this and created your discovery plus account, and forgot your password etc see: https://support.discoveryplus.com/gb/Answer/Detail/000004054
Sky do not manage the credentials, that is discovery. However you say on tnt, you need to download and logon to the discovery plus app. All streams are on there.
Also as an FYI you should be able to watch through Sky go.
