I can't watch my content

Doesn't work only on a puck in kitchen still waiting on the phone call back

What doesn't work?     Can you be a bit more clear on what your referring to?

the sky glass on the home screen says subscibe to view channels when i have the sky package plus sports works on the puck in my kitchen with my account details only being going on 4 weeks

@John4362  If it's been going on a few weeks you won't have Glass Gen 2.  You will have the original Sky GlassGen 1 set?

@John4362 do you have Whole Home added to your account as well? Also do both devices show up as devices in your My Sky account?
