Unable to sign glass contract

Hi, signed up to Glass from Sky Q

need to sign contract however met with (photo) on iPhone and laptop. 
I've closed cache as website suggests

Getting annoyed now as need to sign otherwise no delivery. TIA

We are fellow subscribers here on the forum. You have already tried what we would suggest. The only other thing is what happens if you click the link in this article: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sign-credit-agreement-sky-glass

 

Do you still see the error?

 

I can escalate your post to Sky and get them to message you on the forum, but this isn't an instant process. It may be better to call Sky customer services.
