Uhd setting problem

As soon as I set my resolution on my sky puk to uhd it doesn't load tv guide . Programs pause and is constantly saying please wait . As soon as I set it too 1080p it works fine . Any answers anyone . Thanks David

Is your  tv a 4k tv ?

If not it will  not work, are you  paying  for uhd in your package , I have an old lg tv and it not a 4k tv, ,

Check your  tv picture  settings  to to see if you have uhd, aswell not sure what else  to  suggest hope this helps you

It may be as simple as the HDMI cable , can you borrow a HDMI 2.x cable to check it out as a lower quality may throw things off
