I have been trying to get a sky glass tv but it is telling me you can't do this i have my account details

If you cannot order a Glass TV online then you're best off giving Sky a ring. They'll be able to sort you out.

Sometimes, because of a number of reasons, certain Sky accounts or when moving from Sky Q to Sky Glass/Sky Stream, the order process does not always complete.

 

You could try refreshing your cache in your browser and make sure before starting the order process that you are logged in with your current Sky account ID if you have one.

 

If you wish to call Sky, 

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.
If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
https://www.sky.com/help/home
Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number.
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.
