Hi we've bought a sky glass tv it's asking us to link account to it I put in the number and it just keeps saying try later it was working fine then we had a broadband problem and now WiFi is working again the tv is not working:(

Try turning the tv off at the mains for about 10 minutes and see if that works also check the wifi settings on the tv to make sure it is on if you are still having problems after that then I would call sky and speak to an advisor
