Tv screen fault

43" skyglass tv screen, tv was delivered 15 days ago and now top & central of screen has a black area 6" deep by 9" wide and within that area is what looks like a square spiders Web made up of red blue green & orange squares the picture everywhere else is crystal clear what can I do please.

@Darryl3 have you tried unplugging the TV was about 10 minutes and see if this helps. This has been know to clear some screen based issues and obviously is an easy thing to try before having to phone Sky and potentially requesting a replacement TV.

That sounds more like impact damage or some other physical LCD failure to me, which wouldn't be cured by a reboot.

@Darryl3 If its only 15 days old I'd contact Sky to get a replacement
