try a restart in the settings or pull the plug for a few minutes ...... often clears these glitches

I have sky glass and have active subscription but still says need to upgrade to a subscription yet I have a active one and confirmed this with sky and 82 pound in credit turned off reset everything n still can not get on anything

Unplugged reset and everything I'm not behind with payments I'm 82 pound in credit they sent to back team still waiting been a week today

Yes all set up for payment from bank etc still saying it don't think sky have a clue there selves
