I keep writing this reply and it's not posting for some reason. I rang the company i got the telly off and they reset the update so put it back on the old version. It's worked fine since so not a sky issue

I have the same issue if I'm watching on an app it's fine and clear if it's on a tv channel it flickers all the way through!! So annoying

That's was same as mine. I rang argos technical support for Bush
It took about 2 weeks but they reverted the update for me then had ring back as was still happening but they did like. Big master reset of my TV then and it's been perfect since.

I've tired to reset the tv to factory settings and still doesn't work. Looks like unless bush can remove the TiVo update we will need a new tv.

I think I have fixed it, so I went into settings then picture settings and did the following:
change mode to Game
change energy saving to off
picture zoom to full
click advanced settings:
dynamic contrast to high
noise reduction to high
hdmi full range to on
