Tv has gone mad

The last 2 days and previously, i switch channels tv goes black, then its says page is loading which it doesn't, then i turn it off at the wall, turn back on, go to home page, no tv guide, voice control doesn't recognise BBC1 lol its laughable, and to be honest ive had enough of sky

• It doesn't matter what i do i can't get the TV guide, and the voice thing won't acknowledge any normal channels

I'm having exactly the same problem it's terrible the money we pay and can't get what we're paying for

Same issue here. Can get some channels but not others (like bbc1 for example). Is it an area issue - I'm in Bromley area.

No experiencing it in Cambridge too!

To be specific can't get bbc1, bbc2, ch4, ch5, BBC4, ITV4, some Sky sports channels but not others (ones I pay for). The list is long but you get the gist. Interestingly I just went to bbc news and it came on but I went to another channel then back to bbc news and remained blank. Gone to another channel again then back and this time it worked. Very weird! 
Would like some feedback from Sky!!
