Tv freezing
Hello our tv freezes multiple times a day. This is a new tv and I'm not happy at the moment extent of the time we spend restarting and resetting the tv

@that's normally a sign of slow or weak WiFi signal. You need at least 30 to 35mbs arriving at your glass tv
are you able to advise your internet speed and the speed that the tv is receiving (in the settings of the native Netflix app)
are you able to connect with an ethernet cable directly to the router (making sure you turn wifi off in the settings ) to see if the issues persist and

I have two sky glass tvs both 55inch, gen 1 for well over 3 and half years and my gen 2 for about a month a puck for just of three and a half years sky live camera just about a year both tvs are connected by ethernet cables puck is on wifi no problems with them, but i am on sky gigafast full fibre to the property broadband 900mps, and also have lg smart tv, p c, laptop, tablet, Xbox, freesat box, 3 alexers, and 3 mobile phones all connected to the wifi

As @Jporch316 mentions
This sounds like a poor wifi local network speed or some kind of local interference that is causing your wifi to drop in and out occasionally.
