Turning on

When the tv stay off for long time it is not turning on. I need to unplug and plug in again every time. I'm frustrated of this thing. I am paying 700 quids and this is ridiculous.

What was Sky's suggestion during the chat arranged for you?

It was same as others.  That try to do reset and check if it is gone. But i tried 2 times and still not turning on.
