Trying to pair headphones to sky glass tv

Bluetooth is switched on on the headphones and the tv is not pairing with them.... ..... any suggestions?

Hi @Alibobs 

 

You don't say what the headphones are. Glass only supports the A2DP standard. Check that your headphones support this.

I don't think the headphones are compatible as I've done all the add a blue tooth device things. They are new good quality headphones so it's really disappointing that they aren't supported
