Let's get connected screen does not allow me to select the option of wifi using password. I can highlight that option but the select key does not allow me to select it. The select key - round one in centre of remote does work for the other options eg sky broadband customer. I have tried that but doesn't work as no wps button to switch on using my Hyperoptic set up. Any ideas how I can select the wifi using password option? Thanks.

We was effected by the fault that Sky glass had where they would not turn on and now it turns on but will not connect to the Internet using the password I have tried multiple times all the steps on the help page and then sat waiting for over an hour for help on the help line but had to hang up as needed to go out, I have now been 48hrs with no TV.

I have been able to do it today after leaving tv off overnight. Smooth sailing after that. Good luck.

Yes did that been through all the steps and now been on the phone to sky for over an hour and still no joy ☹️
Sky are puzzled as to why it won't connect so have gone to investigate and will call back.
However they said they have got lots of calls backing up for sky glass that never normally happens so must be a problem.
