Trouble upgrading to sky glass
For 2 days now I've tried to upgrade via the app its letting me get to my details then won't go any further. I'm also having trouble getting to talk to an actual human to resolve this

You're best off calling to purchase a Glass TV if you're already a Sky customer.
Make sure you actually want/need the Glass TV. If your current TV is decent then it's not necessarily an 'upgrade' - you can always switch to a Stream puck instead.

- If possible try on a PC or laptop through the sky website. I had a similar problem last week on the app where I couldn't enter my email.
