Not happy with sky glass sound

Just purchased sky glass and I'm not happy with the sound. It's not as good as my sky soundbox, is there anything I can do to improve it? I turned on bass boost and there was no difference.

have you got a gen 2 or a glass air ?

if it's a gen 2 there should be a big difference with bass boost on 

I also have enhance speech turned on

You possibly have a faulty speaker on your Glass TV. Call Sky for further troubleshooting and potential replacement.

The Soundbox is considerably bigger and has more individual speaker drivers than the bar in the Glass television set.

I've worked out how to connect my son box now through Bluetooth. The tele and box sounded great together at first but now they don't sync. I need to decide so I get used to the sky glass tv sound or do I just use the soundbox.

Unfortunately Sky didn't equip the Soundbox with ARC and Glass doesn't have optical audio output, so more typical cabled connection isn't directly available.
