Why does my sky glass wont work and it says ..This Device is Disabled??
Can anyone explain please...

You need to factory reset the TV and link it to your Sky streaming account. If you haven't got a streaming account you will need to speak to Sky.

@Diana13 For the community to help you'll need to proviude more details.
How long haver you had the Glass TV? Has it ever worked? Is the set a second hand set?
Have you cancelled a subscription?

One possibility is that you've cancelled both content subscription and Sky account.
The latter is required for the functionality described in Sky Glass without a subscription.

Bought TV online from other man
Was working when we tried it there on the spot...
Now keep showing device disable

It won't let you link another account. After you give it internet it instantly jumps to "This device is disabled"
