There is a line of pixels from the top to bottom of the TV that don't seem to be working.
Also, the apps sometimes freeze when searching through them I.e. Netflix when scrolling to find something to watch it will freeze and we have to turn the TV off to reset it. The missing pixel issue on screen however, remains regardless of turning tv on/off.

Hi @Kms1981
The best course of action would be to contact Sky for a replacement under warranty (we are fellow subscribers here). If a reboot of the unit hasn't cleared it, it's likely to be a hardware issue.
See: https://www.sky.com/help/home?DCMP=knc-google-na-0helpsky-skycontact0_contactsky&gad_source=1&gclid=... and scroll down to need more help for the 0333 number for customer service. The forum software won't allow us to publish numbers.
