The slow dissolving of customer service
being a vip member for over 19 years About 2 months ago i decided to go with sky glass the phone help used to be quite helpful but over the last year im starting to doubt.
I was on the phone for over an hour and 40 mins sorting the new deal,had all the checks and paid the up front costs....after signing and all done they suddenly couldnt access my account? he couldnt explain so agreed that he would sort and contact back.....
never happened....2 weeks later i decided to chase upthey explained that must have been a crash or something........ no explanations just proceeded .......an hour and 40 mins later and exactly the same thing again?
at this point i just said lets just cancel and forget..........
1 month later we had our bill came in and it included a sky kids package?
after another call they explained that it was part of a sky glass offer (that i dont have) he proceeded to cancel it and said he could sort the tv glass ...again...exactly the same thing happened!
the fact that after 3 long,long calls nobody knows why?......these are supposed to be the support?
i explained to the last guy that the main positive was that the call was only 55 min this time.
sadly it seems they have no real clue on theyre systems?
all i wanted was to give them more money.......thought it would be simple.....
no appologies at all and no follow ups to explain....after 19 years im suddenly thinking where my loyalties lie once my contract is up.
