Independent Sky Glass Repairs

Does anyone have any details of an independent glass repair service, particularly Yorkshire but I do travel so not opposed to other areas.

After three years and three months my 65" glass has no picture. It just died while watching. Sadly technical support can offer nothing but the instructions on the internet and the glass team does not speak to end users. Add to that the monopoly holder for repair seems to be setting ridiculous prices and rules. Would be a shame to just bin the unit.

A repair may not be financially viable even if you do find a service centre. Of course it depends what has gone wrong a PCB change is not so complex but if there are panel issues then game over. Just food for thought before you start spending perhaps unnecessarily.
