The screen goes black on my sky glass tv when playing Amazon music

Have tried turning tv on and off still black screen on amazon music. Internet fine as can get all other channels

Hi @crossmike.

 

Just to confirm is it only the Amazon music app where you are seeing this issue. If its only the one app i'd suggest trying an app refresh ( if you haven't tried this already).

 

Go to settings > system management > resets and updates > Refresh Apps

 

The message will say app refreshing. This can take a while so i would suggest leaving it for a couple of hours and then seeing if that has resolved the issue.
