@Jacs3 given Sky Broadband doesnt use remotes you look to have posted in the wrong forum if your Sky TV box remotes dont work. Suggest you post with more details in the forum for the Sky TV service you buy.

My remotes are not working with sky glass . They were yesterday morning but last night nothing only on or off lounge one that is . The other remote in the kitchen worked first thing but when I tried to change a channel it just froze and wouldn't move

First check the batteries then try 

The remote can be reset and paired again following these steps;

1.   Press and hold 7 and 9 together on your Sky remote for three seconds.
2.   Press and hold 4 and 6 together for three seconds.
3.   Press and hold 1 and 3 together for three seconds and follow the on-screen instructions.

How do I get to the batteries

1. Remove the back cover of the remote by sliding the cover down. Follow the direction of the small arrow symbol on the back of the remote.

Thankyou I have ordered a new one as the batteries had leaked and it still will not work with new ones
