Technical issue
Hi I've got this message on my sky glass tv i press the back arrow the home button it just won't do anything at all I've switched it off and on I've unplugged it and plugged it back in I've tried everything and it just won't change at all please help

Can you first put your Sky Glass TV into standby or power it off, either will be fine.
Reboot your broadband router.
Once your broadband is back up and running, then start up your Glass TV.
