Technical fault message with sky glass

I have checked my broad and WiFi band which is good. No problem with phones connecting with the WiFi. But sky glass set is not working. Can not watch any channel or program. Home page displays but when we try to watch it keeps stopping and now have a message declaring a technical problem.

Occasionally you can resolve this by either restarting the glass in the settings or pulling the plug for a few minutes
