when i turn on sky glass there is no tv guide & everytime i go on playlist it tells me this programme is not available & also when i say hello sky nothing happens

once you have made these changes it may also be worth rebooting the TV by turning it off at the plug for a couple of minutes.

Yeah they was both on the right settings done a reboot but still nothing 🤷♂️🤷♂️

(it works, I've had to do it):
Switch tv to standby (either with remote, or with button on side of set)
Switch off at plug
Switch on at plug (no waiting necessary)
When red standby light comes on, press Home button on remote.
