Replacing my TV they should or wipe the rest of my debt for it cuz I bbeen trying to contact them about this for months

@Hussey25 Sky won't wipe your debt, it's not clear from your post what the actual issue is as "cutting out" doesn't really tell the community anything useful.
What exactly is happening? What speed is your broadband? How is your Glass TV connected to your hub?
What if any, trouble shooting have you tried?
