TV and Internet constantly dropping out

Over the past few weeks TV and Broadband keeps dropping out. It's making watching things impossible. I have restarted both and check service online loads of times and it always says there are not issues which is clearly not the case. So frustrating. Tried calling Sky and they send you round the houses and send you a flipping text with advice which I have already tried.

 

Help. Please.........

couple of questions 

 

how are you connected to the router ? WiFi or ethernet cable ?

 

which ISP are you with and what is the speed of your connection ?

 

if you go into the Netflix app on glass tv and into settings can you run the network check and this will give you an idea of the speed that you are getting to the tv
