TNT UHD sound, but no picture!

All live sports channels work including UHD (I can watch the darts live in UHD), but TNT Ultimate has a two second gap between still frames even though the sound works. All other TNT channels work it's just the 4K channel. If everyone is experiencing the same thing that's fine, but reset the Sky Stream and have a 260mb/5hz connection.

@CM_CM & @gszab1 where you have an issue with a channel but others UHD channels are working properly drop an email to Sky Viewer Relations at viewerR@sky.tv as they will report the issue to the broadcaster.

I have the same problem.  Got sound but picture is still frames.

In the same boat here too. Also tells me there is a "technical issue" if I try to "Watch from Start" on the channel

Does anyone else have issues last day or two with TNT Ultimate buffering on Sky Glass? I've had no issues before until this week. Sound is fine but picture buffers every now and again.

on Doscovery Plus app the UHD works fine but not on the tv channel ?

Same for me. Perfect sound but picture is in frames every few seconds . 

impossible to watch it. Was fine until few days ago as I watched football on there last weekend and it was fine.

Can it be reported by Sky to TNT discovery etc?

That's what the "answer" post suggests. I've emailed them. Let's see what happens.

Same for me, I've checked and rebooted Internet and that's fine, sky uhd works fine, tnt HD channels are fine but still this morning tnt uhd is unwatchable on both my tv's so cant be the tv's, kind of relieved others have same issues. Just still frames but the sound is fine. As you say, suprised they've not fixed this yet.

Same for me last night and still this morning. I can currently watch the rugby in UHD on TNT on Discovery+ but TNT Ultimate live has the problem still Sky Sports UHD is fine.

I am experiencing this also on my Glass and all 4 pucks. It looks like an issue at source rather than network related etc.

Out of interest, is there a cause for recompense here? This isn't tech support, this is a degraded service..
