TNT Sport not showing on Discovery Plus App

@MarkGoldsmith Several times I have told them that it's there one minute, the next minute it's not. For some reason they are not understanding this and they are trying everything they can not to accept responsibility and it's their app. 

I know we can watch it on the channel but I like to make use of the highlights if you miss something important

@Super+Anthony I had to give up dealing with Discovery as there responses where so infuriating. It was a mixture of not seeming to grasp what I was saying the problem was and straight up refusing to do anything basically. It was always go contact Sky or even one point go contact BT of all things !!! They kept just saying I don't subscribe to TNT Sports despite me explaining and showing in photos that I did

They have been absolutely shocking - Discovery. Exceptionally disappointing and very stressful.

@DC619 Had a very useful chat with Sky yesterday and they once again going to escalate to the powers that be. They have told that I have done everything I can with Discovery and mentioned I shouldn't bother any further as not getting the help from Discovery 

I can see once again we can't get the coverage today for the rugby, yet we could yesterday.

I will leave it with the helpful folks from Sky to see if they get more luck

What would be useful perhaps if more customers from Sky contacted discovery to see if that might help

My issue has been left with the powers that be at sky and they won't have any communication with me now with the hope that somewhere along the line it will get fixed but like you say they told me to not bother with Discovery anymore due to how unhelpful they are

@DC619 Just had enough caller from Sky to tell me exactly the same. They are so so helpful and like you told me not to bother with Discovery. They are just simply unprofessional and refuse to take the blame

Hi. I've just re-subscribed to TNT sports with Sky but do not see the updated on the Discovery+ update. Do I need to contact Sky?

@mickoneill it can take up to 48 hours for Discovery to upgrade your Discovery + account for the Sports tier. Its apparently an automated process from the Discvovery end so i'd wait until its been 48 hours on your resubscribing to TNT sports before contacting.

Note Sports Extra subscription is not available in UK

Sports Extra is TNT Sports and Premier Sports

Premier Sports includes access to both Viaplay UK and Premier Sports Ireland broadcasts

Also includes 3pm Saturday Premier league games and Premier league Matches that Amazon get in UK and rights to broadcast FA Cup matches  and some other sports broadcast rights.

You view TNT Sports and Premier Sports Channels from the Sky EPG on Sky Q and Sky Glass/Sky Stream and also can use Sky Go

Sports Extra Subscription likely to change from August 2024 due to Premier Sports in Republic of Ireland getting UEFA broadcast rights for Champions League/Europa/Conference League for seasons 2024/2025 - 2025/2026 - 2026-2027

Reason why TNT Sports is not available on Discovery+ App in Republic of Ireland is because 

TNT Sports is tied to Sports Extra Subscription in Republic of Ireland  

Sports Extra is a subscription to both TNT Sports and Premier Sports

UK customers don't have access to the Sports Extra Subscription 

That is why TNT Sports is available to watch on Discovery+ App in UK as they have a seperate subscription that's only provides access to TNT Sports

Sports Extra Subscription is subject to possible changes from August 2024

@Paul+Boland We still waiting for discovery to deal with everything working though!!! I know Sky are doing their best as Discovery can't seem to work out what customers are asking!!! Hopefully the UHD issue will be solved soon
