Once again discovery are being absolutely useless.
They once again have reset or updated my account but still no UHD live games tonight.
They then come back with an email saying that if I am having issues logging in. I then have to repeat that is not the problem. The problem is with UHD.
Once again for the hundredth time they want photos. Do they not look at previous emails or photos.
Really it's awful now
I know Sky read and monitor our complaints. Please please please Sky, can you maybe contact them and see if you have more luck.
It really is very frustrating and disappointing from discovery
Any help from you guys would be most appreciated

They haven't answered my question when I asked about the live games which are advertised and then also disappeared
Secondly the response for previous games is incorrect. On the app on phone and computer, you can watch lots of old games, yet on Sky you can only watch a few, though it looks like the list is growing
Just trying to update everyone here and for Sky purposes

Well I am watching the Galatasary v Manchester United game now, and the quality is really poor, it does not even look like HD

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreYou've done it now @Super+Anthony ., Arsenal v Lens is in UHD on Ultimate but no HDR and PCM2.0. The feed on TNT Sports 2 is better to my eyes. The version on Apple TV 4K is full UHD/HDR PCM5.1 although it mentions atmos when you get the choice to watch live or from the start.

Sky have sent me my goodwill gesture voucher for all the trouble I've had and guess what.....when I follow the link they sent me it always comes up with an error code and won't give me access 😂😂 I give up
but yes also I'd give Sky full props for there help even if the issue isn't solved but as for discovery.....I've never dealt with a worse customer service
