@RossyRossy The issue lies with Sky Q platform. When I spoke to the exec team, they agreed there is an issue, so don't take what the technical team have said.  Hopefully it will be sorted. But as I mentioned, the more people who raise the issue, the better.

 As also mentioned,I would talk to the exec complaints team not anyone else

I'm assuming, either correctly or incorrectly, that all those with issues are using their Discovery+ via Sky Marketplace email and not any D+ app they may have been using with a different email address prior to it becoming available directly from Sky. 

This morning using my Marketplace Discovery+ access I had the Liverpool game offered in UHD (3rd tile across from TNT Sports 1 HD) on Stream, and of course also had TNT Ultimate via the Sky Stream epg. Definitely some strange goings on for some people but not others 🤔

One shouldn't need to use the link. I like many was upgraded automatically and I went into the app and could access TNT sports. The issue that is left is simply to access UHD . This is the issue that Sky have accepted needs updating

@Super+Anthony (UHD) TNT Sports Ultimate wasnt available on the Disvovery plus app on any of the Sky platforms today - whether it be stream, glass or Q. From what I understand, they've had some issues with the app, they decided to launch it as it is. Eventually it will be similar to the app that you see on your LG tv - with channels listed, TNT Sports ultimate and the ability to rewind/forward wind - no time scales on this - this has come from directly from discovery to myself. Thanks @Jason+Golding but Sky executive told me today that we should have exactly same access as per the website / app? It seems we are getting mixed messages 

it just seems odd that we can get full access everywhere apart from Sky q

Not just Sky Q. I am using Sky Stream and the UHD was not available on the Discovery+ app today.

The problem is across the Sky platform, with the Discovery+ app. It is clear that they have been issues with getting the app to run properly on Sky, and this is why it has taken so long for TNT Sports to appear on it.

My feeling is they pushed this out yesterday in a "just ready" state (without UHD) to be ready for the Wolves v Liverpool game, as if not then people would be missing on yet another TNT Sports exclusive football match.

Hopefully they can sort out the UHD functionality soon, and like Jason+Golding mentions above, it looks like this is being worked on

@RossyRossy @couldn't have said it better myself. They've pushed out an half baked update to facilitate the TNT sports on discovery plus for sky viewers. Pretty much what they've said to me. It will get updated

Hope so @RossyRossy . Sky do tend to rush things and launch without possibly testing completely everything

 hopefully it's just teething issues and they will get it sorted

And how does that work exactly @RobH82 as I'm not using my marketplace email as I don't subscribe to TNT sport directly with Sky if I  had TNT Sport directly with Sky then I'd watch channel 493 and not the Discovery+ app

I have a Discovery+ subscription with BT and can't get UHD content via Sky Q using the Discovery+ app on the Sky Q box

I don't have Q @best+of+the+best so unfortunately can't comment on that.

What I can confirm once again is that the Wolves v Liverpool match WAS available in HDR on the D+ app on Stream. Why some people didn't get access is beyond me. Having checked with some of the guys at our own local match only one of them couldn't find the UHD option earlier 🤔

@RobH82 @You appear to be the only person on this forum thread that was able to find/watch TNT Sports Ultimate on Discovery plus via any sky platform as far as I can see. I have also spoken to several friends and family - none of them had the TNT Sports Ultimate channel available to them on the app via Sky. This isn't to be confused with the availability of TNT Sports ultimate via the EPG for those who subscribe directly through sky. -which clearly was available

I once agree @Jason+Golding that I had some friends and it was the same and they couldn't access. 
i am sure it will get working at some stage soon hopefully. It's all just a bit frustrating for us as customers but an sure Sky will sort it

@Super+Anthony I tend to believe what discovery told me directly - UHD and Rewind/FF isn't currently available, but it will be soon. 🙂
