TNT Sport not showing on Discovery Plus App

Ok. Understood. We had access yesterday so not sure why the change. As the person on the phone just said, they have been having numerous issues with the discovery plus app since the update!!!

@Jason+Golding shouldn't be any confusion if the match is available in UHD then it should be shown on TNT Sports  Ultimate Live via the EPG on Sky Q Glass and Stream if you don't get it via Sky then the TNT Sports via Discovery+ should also show TNT Sports Ultimate if a UHD match is selected but on Sky Q you are not getting the UHD option via Discovery+ when I know that today's match was in UHD but was only available on TNT Sports 1 Live

@best+of+the+best That's correct and that is what Sky exec complaints team told me this morning. The problem is that they need more people to raise the issue. They have accepted responsibility and that the issue is with Sky Q

I have also updated them on an email that it works everywhere else and the only place is via the discovery app on Sky q

 it worked fine on the following:

1. my LG TV through the app

2. Discovery website on my Mac 

3. Discovery app via iPhone

 they very much appreciated all my feedback as they were unaware

 If you have TNT sports through Sky, we now have Discovery Plus Premium included

 as per my previous message, Sky have accepted responsibility and that they are now aware of the issue

What do you mean by this? The link you went to is stating that Sky customers who purchase TNT Sports, will automatically get access to Discovery+ as well

That is correct. If you are paying for TNT sports through Sky, you are automatically receiving discovery plus premium which is included UHD

So do I need to raise this issue as well? I assumed that it was just teething issues with the app (they only managed to configure it so it could show TNT Sports this week)

Aha the key thing I see now is "The app will be updated soon so you can pause and rewind live TV, and watch in Ultra-HD."

So it sounds like the all is still waiting for an update to enable the UHD channel. This is contrary to what Sky customer support staff have told others, and have made it sound like there is an issue with the app
