Swap TV Size

Hi! Is it possible or does anyone know if you can swap the size of your TV? We got ours on pay monthly for the TV and for our new house it's too big. The live chat bot is useless, but I wondered if switching for another size was an option? We have 65" and would like to switch to 55" but I know it's probably not possible? Thanks!

Re: Swap TV Size

I purchased a 55" but wanted to go larger to the 65". Called Sky within the 31 day cancelled the 55" had a 65" ordered, collected and new delivered the same day. Very easy to arrange Sky were extremely helpful no hassle.  Cost me £25.00 happy with that.

It's not possible. You'll need to sell your current TV, pay off what you owe and buy the smaller size.

Hi @Erikasophxo  You own your Glass TV outright and are just paying off the loan with your monthly repayments so you are not able to simply swap it for another one unless you wish to purchase a smaller one and sell you 65 inch privately.  NB they do not hold a very good resale value.

Re: Swap TV Size

@Erikasophxo @Jporch316 so if they are within their cooling off period, I would suggest they cancel asap.

There maybe a cost to return the TV but that would be significantly cheaper than trying to sell the Glass as they would lose a lot more money.

They could then order another TV of the suitable size.

Sky Stream
1000/115 FTTP (Aquiss) to Zyxel DX3301
3 x Asus XT9s + 2 x RT-AC58U V3 for WiFi (AP mode)
65" Samsung S92C OLED TV
C430 Samsung soundbar with subwoofer

Re: Swap TV Size

You also have to pay a £25 returns fee to send Sky Glass back.

Re: Swap TV Size

Same happened to us. Called on day of tv delivery and informed that we hadnt needed to buy a new tv at all to get sky streaming. We could have just ordered a PUK. It's a wee box that just plugs into a hdmi port of your current tv and follow on screen instructions. Speak to the cancellations team to organise
