@Soobee If she wants subtitles for all Sky broadcasts she needs to turn on Subtitles at the Settings > Accessibility menu. If she only wants it for a specific programme (i.e. the Cricket) press the remote button with the 3 white dots and select subtitles on/off. Note with the latter option every time she changes channels or turns the Glass TV off it defaults back to subtitles off.
