I've had sky glass for almost two years, and frequently have this issue. I have the settings for subtitles switched on, and they work sometimes, however quite often the "3 dots" say the subtitles are on but they don't appear on the screen. I think it happens when i am streaming rather than watching live. Can anyone help? I can barely make out all the mumbling these days!!
