Stv not showing restart programme on sky glass

Since yesterday the restart on stv is not showing. Done everything including a full reboot to no avail.

Same on Sky Stream. Tried reboot. No luck. Doesn't show the option in STV app or Sky Go. Looks like it is a fault or it's been removed!

We have had no option to watch from start on STV on Sky Glass TV. Always worked before this weekend! Unplugged TV for 2 minutes as advised with no change. And we are paying for Ad Skipping!

Hi @Philip+Lee+Tee  I see you have already tried rebooting but without success.  If you have not already done so try refreshing the apps by going to System > System management > Resets & Updates and then select refresh apps.  This can take up to 24 hours to complete but it is done in the background so you can still use your Glass TV as usual.  When needed I tend to do it overnight.

Yes. I've noticed that too and tried everything from rebooting to refreshing apps and still nothing. What's going on
