Stuck on your pin settings

Had my sky glass tv delivered today, gone through the set up but can't get past your pin settings screen even when I've tried resetting pin

Did you  have  sky q before ?  If you  did  it's  the same pin number,  if not try the last four numbers  of your  mobile phone

Yeah I did have sky Q before, put in the same pin and last 4 digits of mobile but doesn't like any of them. A screen quickly flashes up when I enter a pin but disappears too quick to read anything then just goes back to the enter pin screen.
