Still not getting regional news based on address

I spoke to Sky who changed my address so I could get local channels and news based on my location. I am now in north wales and not Devon but after a month and resetting my TV it's still picking up the south west!

 

please help!!

You will need to call Sky. It's likely a ticket will need opening with a back office team. We are fellow customers here on the community.
