Soundbar volume working but won’t turn on/off

Hi, I have just set up my new sky stream system - I have managed to connect the remote so it turn on/off tv and does the volume for the Soundbar however it will not turn the Soundbar on/off does anyone know how to fix this?

Try some additional settings don't settle on the first one you come across that adjusts volume. I had 3 or so controlled volume but only one did power too.

I've found that 2 out of the 20 work with the volume but neither work with powering on/off 😔 there are a few issues I'm running into with this sky stream which is leaving me a little disappointed I never had any of these with the fire tv stick even the remote just worked with everything and that was a one off cost of half of the monthly subscription fee
