You will need to better explain what your issue is? Is this on live TV? Is it on demand? What is your setup? If you mean your sound is out of sync, changing channel and back should fix this and it's a known issue. If you mean streaming is behind live TV, this is part and parcel of stresming.
Remember we are fellow customers and have no idea what your setup is unless you tell us. Please clearly define your issue and tell us about your set up and the community will do it's best to assist
