Sound with apps not working

Can only hear background noise when in apps Netflix, Disney + etc.  Normal stations are fine

@Mairead56 @Turn off your glass or stream at the mains. Wait two minutes / turn back on. Then go in to the settings and find the section that allows you to 'refresh apps'

sound issues on sky apps

Anytime I go into one of my apps, Netflix, Disney + etc I can hear the background sound but no actually speaking - anyone else have this problem and how can it be solved.  Tried updating software etc and no change

@Mairead56  You seem to have created 2 seperate threads when the 1st one you created has been replied to,  both have now been merged

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
