Sound problems

No sound icons showing on screen and sky remote not adjusting sound

Power off at the mains for a few minutes in the first instance. If that doesn't work what happens if you say "hello Sky set volume to X".. also is this gen 1 or 2?

@Al96 I've noticed my Glass does this from time to time. The volume bar doesn't appear but the sound level does adjust in my case. It tends to just clear itself after a few minutes and start working again on the rare occasions it has happened to me.
