I have sorted it seems OK at the moment I turned all my WiFi off for a few mins then switched it back on hasn't happened since so try that fingers crossed it stays and doesn't do it again

Same for me. Started yesterday evening and has continued throughout today. I've tried all the usual, changing cables, resetting the box, but with no difference. Happening on all channels, including Netflix and Prime. I have a stream puck.

Thanks, I had tried that but didn't have any luck.
I ended up moving the stream puck so that it is sitting on top of my tv cabinet, rather than inside, and so far so good. I've had plenty of tv boxes inside the cabinet before with no issue, but am guessing this one must be very sensitive!

I am having the same issues as well - but I don't think it's Sky - just went into the separate iPlayer app on my Samsung tv and the problem was the same!
something going on on the internet maybe??
