Sound issues on All channels

Is there any other customers who have sky glass and are having issues with sound. Our TV is having issues with the sound effecting All channels. It keeps disappearing on and off. We've tried to sort it by following they're help link. However this hasnt worked.

Hi @Pitottia 

 

What broadband speed are you getting and what speed is your glass getting? (You can check this in netflix> profile pic > get help? > Connectivity check).

 

Issues like this usually point to poor connectivity or low broadband speeds. You may find using ethernet cable or home plugs and turing WiFi off in settings may bring more stability.

We had fibre broadband installed and sice then we've had issues on and off but the last 2 days it's been constant.

Great, but what is the speed being reportedin the netflix app as requested by @mikealanr 

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
