Email address won’t load in checkout

I'm trying to order my tv and tv bundle and it takes me to checkout and my email address won't load to continue to go to delivery and payment

I’m having the same issue while trying to upgrade to full fibre broadband. I can't checkout because it won't load my email and apparently I need to confirm my email first.
