Hi all,
So my Sky Glass television came today, first few hours it was running with no issue. I've just turned it on to watch some TV, and the sound bar keeps making a crackling noise. I've changed all the setting to a few different configurations, I've also changed to different channels/apps and are still having the same problem.
Has any one else had this issue and has a fix? Or will I need to get into contact with Sky?

Unfortunately throughout the three years the current Glass version has been around there's been some units apparently shipped with a defective soundbar (one suggestion is it's dislodged adhesive tape used during manufacturing)
You'll need to log the problem with Sky: they'll almost certainly agree to a hardware swapout without quibbling, but unfortunately that's now probably not possible this side of Christmas.

I have been having this problem on and off for 14 months. Try the suggested remedies and then it comes back.
total waste of money this TV. How sky can charge the extortionate price for this faulty product is beyond me.
about time they admitted they are 99% faulty and refunded us all
