Sound bar facia colour?

Hi everyone, I just had a Sky Glass delivered, I ordered in racing green with the matching speaker facia - but the facia is black. I asked the delivery driver who insisted it was green?? Not sure if I'm going mad - or blind! - but I can't get through to the Helpdesk number and wondering if anyone else has had this issue? (Or indeed if the green facia is virtually black??). thanks!

I believe the colour-match magnetic covers are fulfilled from a different source and so won't be delivered by Panther.  The acoustic cloth built into the set is always black (actually dark grey) irrespective of the colour of the aluminium enclosure (as below) and the optional colour-match (or contrasting, or patterned) strip goes over the top of this.

Note that this does mean the magnetic cover sits slightly above the surface of the set when in place.

You're probably in for a disappointment when the fascia does eventually turn up - 

"Speaker fascias aren’t an exact colour match to your Sky Glass TV, they’re designed to complement it"

I've heard the green is the worst offender for, errr, not being too green.

Thank you everyone, I did manage to get hold of lovely Kelly in customer care who confirms it's been wrongly delivered. I do have to source the right one myself from Amazon but refund given.
